Production
Every piece is handmade to order and takes 15–20 business days (about 3–4 weeks) from order to dispatch.

Shipping
We offer free express shipping worldwide with tracking. International orders ship via FedEx Express (usually 3–4 business days); orders within Israel ship via DHL (typically 4–7 business days).

Customs & Duties
United States: prices include all import duties and fees, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Israel: no customs fees. All other countries: customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
