Making and Shipping

All items (except for custom orders) will be made within 14-21 business days from the time of payment (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
Customs and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, please check these before you purchase. All of our designs are sent by insured mail worldwide, for most destination it takes 4-7 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. It is possible to upgrade to Expedite shipping for 95$, this option is available at checkout. Please note that if you choose to send your parcel to a workplace or an apartment building the insurance expires once it is signed for by anyone receiving it. All our designs are sent to you in a fine jewelry box labeled and loved.
