Warranty Policy

Every piece from Rotem Avitan Jewelry is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

If you notice any issue with your jewelry, please contact us to arrange an inspection.
If a craftsmanship defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
If the issue results from normal wear, accidental damage, or external causes, we’ll be happy to provide a repair quote before any work begins.

Warranty Coverage

• Replacement of lost accent stones free of charge within one year from the delivery date.
  After one year, such repairs are considered part of normal wear and tear and can be completed for a small service fee.

• Correction of any structural or setting issues resulting from the original workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions & Conditions

• Fine jewelry is delicate and not resistant to normal wear, impact, or chemical exposure.
  The warranty does not cover wear and tear, gemstone loss due to external damage, misuse, or theft.

• Center stones are not covered for damage, chips, or discoloration unless reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Any repair, resizing, or modification performed by someone other than Rotem Avitan Jewelry will void the warranty.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Shipping costs for sending or returning jewelry for service are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Care & Maintenance
To ensure your jewelry lasts for generations, we recommend periodic professional cleaning and inspection of settings.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or extreme impact.
