Warranty & Resizing

Every piece from Rotem Avitan Jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, and we stand behind our work.

1-Year Warranty
Your jewelry is covered for one year from the delivery date against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair it or replace the piece at no cost to you.

  • Lost accent stones are replaced free of charge within the warranty year.
  • Any structural or setting issue resulting from the original workmanship is corrected free of charge.

After the First Year
We are always here for you. Repairs, stone replacements and maintenance are available for a fair service fee, and we will send you a quote before any work begins.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, impact damage, bending, or damage from chemicals.
  • Stone loss caused by external damage, misuse, or lack of care.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Damage, chips, or discoloration of center stones, unless reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pieces that were repaired, resized, or modified by anyone other than Rotem Avitan Jewelry.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Shipping costs for sending jewelry to us for service are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us before sending any item.

Ring Resizing
Your first resize is free if requested within 60 days of delivery.

  • Israel: bring or send the ring to us, and we will cover the shipping back to you.
  • International: the resizing work is free; shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Some designs cannot be resized because stones or patterns run all around the band (for example, full eternity rings). These would need to be remade, so please contact us before ordering if you are unsure of your size.

Not Sure of Your Size?
After you place your ring order, we can mail you a complimentary ring sizer. Production begins as soon as your size is confirmed.

Care & Maintenance
To keep your jewelry beautiful for generations, we recommend periodic professional cleaning and inspection of the settings. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and hard impact. You are always welcome to contact us for care advice.
