Shipping & Production
All jewelry is handcrafted to order in Israel. Production begins once full payment has been received.
Production Time
Each piece takes 15–20 business days (about 3–4 weeks) from order to dispatch. During holidays or busy periods, production may take slightly longer. Orders ship as soon as they are complete.
Rush Orders
Need it sooner? Please mention it in your order notes. Rush requests depend on availability and must be confirmed by us.
Free Express Shipping Worldwide
Every order ships free by express courier, with tracking, in an elegant jewelry box.
- International: FedEx Express, usually 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Israel: DHL, typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
- United States: prices include all import duties and fees. We handle customs for you, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Israel: no customs fees.
- All other countries: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for customs delays beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a package is unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, return-shipping costs, duties, and fees will be charged to the customer.
