Shipping & Production Policy

All jewelry pieces are handcrafted to order in Israel.
Production begins only after full payment has been received.

Production Time
Orders take approximately 10–20 business days to produce before shipping.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner, please mention it in your order notes. Rush requests depend on availability and must be confirmed by our team.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx Express, with tracking provided upon dispatch.
Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Rotem Avitan Jewelry cannot be held responsible for customs delays or issues beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)
All domestic orders are shipped via DHL delivery service, with tracking provided.
Delivery time is usually 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and service availability.

Unclaimed Packages & Delivery Issues
If a package is not collected or returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer will be charged all associated return-shipping costs, duties, and fees.
