Refund policy

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all documentation (such as diamond certificates). To start a return, contact us at r.avitanjewel@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is approved, you can choose a refund or store credit for the item price, less a 10% restocking fee covering inspection, cleaning, and re-polishing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping, insurance, and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error; we cannot refund parcels lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized pieces (engravings, custom designs, or changes to stone type or size), items purchased on sale, and jewelry showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be returned.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or changed free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranty & Resizing
All jewelry carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and your first ring resize is free within 60 days of delivery. See our Warranty & Resizing page for full details. The warranty is separate from returns: items can only be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Ring Sizes
Sizes on our website are standard US sizes. Rings 4mm wide or wider usually need a slightly larger size. Rings are priced up to size 10; for larger sizes, please contact us for a quote.
