Do you use real gold?

Yes. All our jewelry is crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold. 22K gold is available on request. We never use gold plating or vermeil.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We work with natural diamonds and with lab-grown (CVD) diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, with the same physical and optical properties as natural diamonds, created in a laboratory.

Are your diamonds certified?

• Natural diamonds of 0.50 carats and above come with a complimentary GIA or IGI certificate.
• Lab-grown diamonds of 1.00 carat and above come with a complimentary IGI certificate.
• For smaller diamonds, we can arrange a gemological certificate for an additional fee of $55 USD. This adds about one week to production.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

Yes. All diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced, and we use recycled gold.

Can you customize a design?

Of course. If you love a design and would like any adjustments, contact us with the details you would like to change or add, and we will get back to you.

Do you create custom designs?

Yes. Every custom piece is designed in 3D before it is made. Contact us to start your design.

Can you add an engraving?

Most designs can be engraved. Send us your engraving details, and we will confirm it is possible and send you all the details.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Every few weeks, soak your jewelry in warm water with mild dish soap, brush gently with a soft brush (an old toothbrush works well), rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry.

Remove your jewelry during activities that may knock or put pressure on it, as this can damage it over time. Avoid contact with chemicals found in cleaning and beauty products, and store each piece separately to prevent scratches.
