Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll always do our best to help.
Because each piece of jewelry is handmade to order in your selected size and gold tone, returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Return Period
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and re-polishing.
(For international orders, restocking fees may vary depending on the location.)

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made jewelry or personalized pieces (such as engravings, custom stone type, or stone size changes)

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods

  • Jewelry showing signs of wear or alteration

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your piece, you will receive store credit equal to your purchase amount, redeemable immediately for another item.
Exchanges can be made one time per order, and store credit cannot be saved or transferred.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no fee.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee as materials and production preparation begin immediately.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees unless the return is due to our error.
