Do you use real gold?

Yes. All our pieces are crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold. 22K gold is also available upon request.

We do not use gold plating or vermeil.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We work with both natural and lab-grown (CVD) diamonds.

CVD diamonds are genuine diamonds created in a laboratory with the same chemical and physical properties as natural ones.

Are your diamonds certified?

Diamonds of 0.5 carats or above include a complimentary gemological certificate (GIA, IGI, EGL, or IGL).

For diamonds below 0.5 carats, a certificate can be issued upon request for an additional fee of $55 USD, which may extend production time by about a week.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We use ethically sourced gemstones and diamonds, and we recycle gold whenever possible.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Lost accent stones are replaced free within one year of delivery; afterward, a small service fee applies.

Damage from normal wear, impact, or third-party repairs is not covered.

What is your return policy?

Most orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, excluding custom designs and personalized pieces.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee since each piece is handmade to order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Yes. We can modify any design — such as stone color, size, or gold tone — to your preferences.

Yes, we specialize in custom pieces.

How should I care for my gold and diamond jewelry?

To maintain brilliance, clean your jewelry every few weeks with warm water and mild dish soap.

Use a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) to gently remove dirt, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth.

Remove jewelry before sports, cleaning, or applying lotions and sprays.

Avoid contact with chemicals, chlorine, or ultrasonic cleaners.

How should I store my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or padded box to avoid scratches.

Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Should I have my jewelry checked?

Yes. We recommend a professional cleaning and inspection once a year to ensure settings remain secure.
